VBlog: ToS 2016 Prologue (Rubber Glove)

Hello everyone,

Winter base training!  Showing off the guns from lifting these past 3 months.

I always like to test before I do the tour.  This ensures I’m suffering to my full potential.  This video blog attached below is a little longer than what I would like to do.  There are some explanations about FTP, the video “Rubber Glove” from the Sufferfest, and some general pacing guides.  There is time to donate to my page to support the Davis Phinney Foundation here (Click Here to be redirected).

Highlights of the video:
-You can do the Tour of Sufferlandria without all the complicated power gear.

-The warm up before an FTP test.

-What an FTP test is and what it means.

-Pacing strategy for your 20 minute test.

-Reading and interpreting the results at the end of your test.

Get ready to embrace the suck everyone!
